The Whole Nine Yards is one of the funniest films I have recently seen, and I can’t wait for the video release.
The film is about an unhappily married, underpaid dentist (Matthew Perry) whose next door neighbor is no other than Jimmy “The Tulip” Tudeski (Bruce Willis), an snide contract killer out on parole. During the course of the film, everyone wants to slay someone, and no one can be trusted. There are some gripping twists, which makes the film unpredictable.
The acting is big. The humorous treat in this film is Matthew Perry; he’s very humorous and charismatic. Bruce Willis’s acting, however, is a small restrained, but his noteworthy stage presence is more than enough; his portrayal of Tudeski is pleasant. Amanda Peet is a scene-stealer in the film; her amusing timing is trusty. I also enjoyed Michael Clarke Duncan and Kevin Pollack in their supporting roles. The only blemish in the film is Roseanna Arquette — what’s with the phony French accent?

The Whole Nine Yards is about an wretched Dentist, Dr. Nicholas Oseransky (Mathew Perry), whose married to a repulsive wife, Sophie (Rosanna Arquette), whose recent neighbor, Jimmy “The Tulip” Tudeski (Bruce Willis), is a hit man, who objective got out of prison. What Slash doesn’t know is that almost everyone wants someone wearisome, including him.
Bruce Willis, like in the Sixth Sense gives a immense performance, without doing distinguished. Mathew Perry is the best as the droll Dentist, and his reaction faces are very believable. Michael Clarke Duncan (Who started filming shortly after The Green Mile) gives another perfect performance as Frankie Figs, another hit man in the scheme. Amanda Peet has some mountainous scene as a hit man wannabe. In fact there are no slackers in this cast. The film comes off tremendous and I really enjoyed it. It was noteworthy better than I expected
The Whole Nine Yards is a very clever and fascinating film, with a grand fetch. It’s a loyal winner. I was cheerful to add it to my DVD collection. I recommend you peruse it.
