This prove is awesome. After over 15 years it is about time Scooby got a fresh explain. All the episodes on this DVD are immense. The first episode is a really edifying. It has a groovy dwelling view, making Fred and Velma pick up out of the arrangement so Daphne can do some detective work. It wouldn’t be capable for alot of episodes, because Fred and Velma rock, but it worked. Spot Ape at the Cape is a really noble episode with Velma winning a Nasa contest. It is broad for Velma fans. The alien is creepy looking and the title is an famous clue. 3-D Struction is wonderful too. A dinosaur spirit comes to haunt the museum that stole his bones. Scooby and the gang are on the case. Velma also explains why she doesn’t wear obtain up and keeps her “natural perceive”. And the last episode is by far the best. Lots of classic Scooby stuff. Creepy ghosts, creepy suspects, creepy Supermarket of the Supernatural. It also has stuff like Scooby acting out what he is trying to say(1st word bat wings!? ) and Daphne gets kidnapped. This TV indicate rocks! Don’t forget, the second season starts this descend on Kids WB!
I have the Scooby Doo Golden Collection and I believe it’s titanic to have loads of Scooby Doo episodes together in one collection. These fresh episodes are substantial but giving us 4 at a time is not a sterling view and I really mediate Warner would have been better off investing their time (as we would invest our money) in a First Season Box Area.
What we are given for now are four episodes running 22 minutes each. A couple of them have below average stories but the other two are up to scratch. The animation and color pallet are very shining and unique as is the soundtrack which incorporates more unusual music than the obsolete school shows (which tended to re-use temp scores and source music over and over) but manages to work in familiar themes.
For Scooby Doo purists there is no sacrilege here. Shaggy and Scooby/Fred are performed by Casey Kasem and Frank Welker so there’s not too remarkable of a divide between this and extinct school to distance older fans from the unusual indicate.
